Return Policy

We want you to be happy! We will gladly provide a refund (less Rs. 150 shipping) for unused mats returned within 7 days of purchase. For order cancellations, please email us at hello@mypurplepanda.com within 24 hours.

In order to process a return:

1. Send an email or a whatsapp (+91 9653140702) to hello@mypurplepanda.com with your order number # and the item(s) you want to return

2. You will hear back from Purple Panda with a Return Authorization Number (RA #)

3. Repack the merchandise and enclose the completed Return Form

4. Attach the completed Return Address Label to your package and our courier will pick it up within 3 to 5 days Purple Panda will process a credit/refund for your mat(s) as soon as the returned item is received.
